All PARK MEMBERS, including lot owners, park occupants and contractors, are required to provide AT LEAST 48 hour notice to the Board of Directors PRIOR to performing any fire suppression system testing. Failure to notify the Board can result in a major system failure and extremely expensive repairs that may be billed back to the lot owners.
